All content (text, video, tools) is the exclusive property of Coaching Affaires Suisse.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be under jurisdiction of the canton of Vaud.

9. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Refunds are subject to the following:

• No refund for monthly plans after billing date.
• Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days (prorated).
